MER Clinic: Building with Plexiglas

Presented by Andrew Dodge @ MER Hagerstown 2014

Instead of battling warped styrene, or worse, warping wood, as a basic building material, learn the advantages of using Plexiglas for buildings.  The clinic will be a Power Point program that takes one through the basic construction steps of creating a set of plans, scaled to the structure to be modeled.  Once the plans are drawn, one can cut Plexiglas, or have it cut, to exact dimensions, providing a smooth underneath structure ready for veneer detailing.  Plexiglas structures in progress can be used instead of mock-up models, which can then be finished at leisure.
